The Baba Mangal Singh Group of Institutes, located at Bughipura, Moga (Punjab), was established in 2005 with a vision to provide quality higher education in the fields of teaching, healthcare and technology. The institution is run by the Indo German Education Society (Regd.), Badhni Kalan, registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in 1999–2000.
Today, the group proudly operates three specialized institutes — the Institute of Education, the Institute of Nursing and the Institute of Computer Science — all affiliated to recognized universities and councils, and committed to the holistic development of students.
